Tea Time

Archna ducked slightly as she maneuvered herself around willow branches to her home. It was a small cottage situated right at the center of the grove where the sunlight was most peaceful. She smiled at a spider, greeting it with a hello as it scurried back under some wood beams. Sliding the wooden door open to her home the young woman entered and went straight to the kitchen first thing. To put on a pot of tea to brew of course. Today was one of those days where it felt like she was going to have company. For the most part, that intuition was always right. Most part being the key terms. Archna tidied up from that morning's breakfast and then sat down at the plain table to sip it. She poured two mugs of tea. Just in case.
